Najeeb Ahmad is a seasoned Human Resources executive whose career has
spanned twenty years in various industries, business models, and geographies.
He has held senior positions with companies ranging in size from 120 employees
to more than 50,000, from privately held to Fortune 100. A consistent theme has
been business-focused generalist roles working directly with all levels of
management, from first-line supervisors to the C-Suite, coupled with deep
experience in the areas of strategy, talent management, leadership coaching,
employee development, talent acquisition, organizational development, team
effectiveness, group facilitation and change management. He has had significant

Our Background
We blend deep corporate experience in multiple industries with a passion for helping organizations
achieve success through their people. Through our various roles we have coached senior executives in
multiple industries, functions, business models and geographies and have partnered with them to create
and activate their business strategies, engage their organizations to achieve sustainable results,
reorganize their organizations, and grow their own capabilities as leaders. We have implemented specific
talent-focused initiatives including competency frameworks, learning systems, performance management
processes, succession planning approaches, strategic staffing solutions, and employee engagement
initiatives. We are experienced facilitators across globally-diverse and multi-cultural audiences, we have
served on executive teams, and we have built and led significant teams for which we have had direct
accountability.

downsizings, restructurings, and other business transformations, Najeeb has developed hands-on
expertise that couples sound theory and research with practical applications that work.
Najeeb most recently served as Partner, Human Resources at Rosetta, a fast-growing marketing strategy
and interactive agency. Prior to that, he held the position of SVP, Director Human Resources at MediaVest,
a subsidiary of Publicis. At Bristol-Myers Squibb Company his roles included leading HR for Asia-Pacific,
Middle East and Southern Africa, and leading the Staffing function for the company’s Pharmaceutical
Research Institute and Commercial & Corporate Staff organizations. He also served with Capital One
Financial during its explosive growth phase as a generalist and developer of a Global Workforce Integration
initiative. He served in a regional HR leadership role with the Business Services Division of Office Depot
and multiple positions with Mobil Oil Corporation.
Najeeb holds an MBA with an International Business concentration and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies
from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as a BA in History from Georgetown University.
